Citizen Services

Citizen Services (Yhteispalvelu) – ”One Stop Shop” – is a streamlined way of offering both public and other services at one service point, in a people-friendly way.

In Pirkkala the public sec­tor actors in Citizen Services are local authorities, the Social Insurance Institution (Kela), police licensing authorities, local register offices and employment authorities.

Citizen Services is located in the munincipal office, at Suupantie 11.

The Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) servant is present generally from Monday to Friday, 10.00 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 15.00.

The Employment and Economic Development Office is open from Tuesday to Thursday 9.00 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 15.00, on Mondays and Fridays by appointment only.
